“'Accordion and dead animal-tastic' is how tonight's music sequence has been described, which begins with Leopold Mozart's Hunting Symphony (in which Leopold specified the involvement of gunshots and barking dogs) and continues with Jon Boden singing the classic folk song 'The Hunt is up'. The legendary Scottish poet Ivor Cutler also makes an appearance extolling the virtues of eating herrings, and Percy Grainer mercifully brings the sequence to a close with his Scotch Strathspey and Reel. Producer: Roger Short”
